Measures taken by Hubei Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. to ensure product quality
In order to improve the market competitiveness of the products, the company has taken the following measures to ensure the quality of the products according to the feedback of the sales customers in 2008 and the problems in production:
1. Strengthen leadership management and supervision from the organizational structure
The company's management and production personnel, on the premise of ensuring product quality, scientifically guide production and control the whole process of production to ensure product quality. At the same time, a special quality work team has been established to supervise product quality.
2. Implement quality control from the source of production
Strengthen the quality management of raw materials, review the quality conditions before production and processing, and review the production plan.
3. Implement quality tracking management in the production process
The products shall be processed in strict accordance with the production process requirements, the products shall be assembled in strict accordance with the production process and quality requirements, each process shall be transferred after passing the inspection, and the quality of self-made machined parts shall be strictly controlled. All machined parts must be inspected, and unqualified products are not allowed to flow into the next process.
4. Strengthen inspection of purchased and outsourced workpieces
For incoming inspection of raw materials, spare parts, outsourced parts and purchased parts, no matter whether the inspection results are "qualified" or "unqualified", the inspector shall explain them in the description column, and submit them to the department manager for verification and handling according to the inspection quality requirements.
5. Strengthen commissioning quality inspection and pre delivery inspection
After the installation of the whole machine is completed, the empty car operation shall be carried out first to check whether the machinery and electrical appliances work normally. Before the test run, the test run plan shall be prepared according to the customer's requirements or the quality standards and inspection specifications of the whole machine, and the test run shall be carried out in strict accordance with the test run plan.
Before the delivery of each complete machine, the delivery list shall be drawn up according to the requirements of the customer contract of the marketing center. The inspector shall check each part of the list according to the delivery list, check the delivered parts and accessories, list the details of the outsourced parts, and check the quality. The quality and packaging inspection results shall be filled in the delivery inspection record form and submitted to the department manager and the marketing center for approval before implementation
6. Strengthen quality abnormal response and handling
In case of any quality problem during commissioning, the problem shall be fed back to the quality work team in time, and the quality work team shall judge the quality problem. For the problems fed back by customers, the product quality team shall make responsibility judgment and handling suggestions to prevent the same quality problems from happening again.
7. Strengthen the quality management of after-sales service
If the after-sales service personnel have quality problems during the commissioning process, they should contact the technicians of the R&D Center to properly handle them.
8. Strengthen quality management assessment
Formulate quality assessment methods, clarify the organizational structure, and establish special quality work shifts.
