The main drive is all driven by the German Baumüller high-torque direct drive motor (DST water-cooled type) and its drive for stepless speed control.2. The die adopts the spiral die of the international advanced new flow channel technology.3. The main unit and the die are heated by high-efficiency and energy-saving electromagnetic heating technology.4. The upper traction rotating device adopts a direct transmission type horizontal ±360° reciprocating rotation.5. The internal cooling system (IBC) automatically measures and controls the bubble size using a 3-point over-sound probe.6. Configure a new electric squirrel cage stabilization bubble holder.7. Configure the enhanced guide roller electric herringbone board.8. Configure the ultrasonic automatic correcting device.9. Automatic friction full tension control control sensor, control traction tracking receiving and unloading system10. The control system adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC centralized control technology.
